The problems it works on.

What you seeWhat the workshop works on
Decisions get made twice, or reopened later.Joint decisions. Managers decide together with partial information and a limited budget.
Knowledge stays with one manager.Shared information. Knowledge moves between managers instead of staying with one.
Problems reach you late.Trust. Saying "I don't know" and asking for help in front of peers.
Teams hear different things from different managers.Honest feedback. Telling a peer or a boss what they cannot see.

How the session runs.

  • Play. The facilitator runs the rounds and controls the deck, and says so at the start.
  • Observe. A co-observer for every 8-10 participants records how people ask, share, decide and give feedback.
  • Reveal. The deck is shown at the end. The group sees the patterns, described for the team and never for individuals.
  • Rewrite. Managers rewrite 1-2 working rules together and make personal commitments.

What you receive, one session or a program.

Single session

3 hours

A first look at how your managers work together.

  • A shared picture of how your managers work together today
  • 1-2 working rules rewritten and agreed, plus personal commitments
  • A team-level readout for the sponsor
Program

4 sessions, 8-10 weeks

The workshop, an organizational assessment and a written report.

  • Everything in the single session
  • An organizational assessment: interviews, a survey, one real process reviewed
  • A written report on what the assessment found
  • A change plan with owners, and a follow-up on metrics you choose

ScopeScoped to your budget. A three-hour simulation gives hypotheses, and the assessment is what tests them. The readout describes team patterns, never individuals, and is not a psychological assessment.

Questions people ask before booking.

Who is the workshop for?

Management teams of 8 to 24 people: a leadership team, or managers from several functions who depend on each other.

Do my managers need to know the game?

No. The facilitator runs every round and explains what is happening. Nobody needs any card experience.

Is money involved?

No. It is a card-game simulation with no money and no stakes.
