From Code to Scale Architecture

I started as a full-stack developer building financial software for investment firms and banks. From there I moved into technical product management - first at a digital bank where I built the credit and risk infrastructure that processed over 500K loan requests, then scaling the R&D onboarding process as the team grew from 30 to 150 developers.

Along the way, I completed an M.Sc in AI and Intelligent Systems. For the past 2+ years I've been building and managing AI-powered apps, websites, and automation systems - for myself and for clients. I don't just advise on AI. I ship with it every day.

In early 2026, I went fully independent - founding Scale with May and running it as a one-person AI-powered operation. I combine tech product expertise, hands-on AI building experience, and deep knowledge of how organizations actually scale to help leaders diagnose what's broken, design better systems, and build the infrastructure for growth.

My approach is practical and direct. No corporate buzzwords. No theory for theory's sake. Just real frameworks from someone who's built products, managed teams, and shipped real things in messy, real-world situations.

What Poker Teaches
About Leadership

The best business decisions aren't made with complete information. They're made with incomplete data, time pressure, and real consequences. That's exactly what poker trains you for.

I went from complete beginner to WSOP Circuit Ring Winner in roughly 4 years. Poker forces you to make hundreds of decisions per session with imperfect information - the same skill that separates effective leaders from reactive ones.

01

Decision Quality Over Outcomes

In poker, you can make the correct play and still lose. Business is the same - a well-researched launch can fail due to timing. I teach leaders to evaluate their decision process, not just their results. Ask "was this the right call with the information I had?" - not "did it work out?"

02

Bankroll = Resource Allocation

Professional players never risk their entire bankroll on one tournament. For organizations, this translates to budget discipline, runway management, and knowing when to go all-in versus when to fold. I scaled a team from 30 to 150 - I know what happens when growth outpaces infrastructure.

03

Tilt Control = Emotional Regulation

"Tilt" is when emotions override rational decision-making. It's the #1 profit killer in poker and equally destructive in boardrooms. After a win, elevated dopamine leads to overconfidence and excessive risk - the Winner's Effect. I coach leaders to recognize tilt patterns before they become costly.

04

Game Selection = Strategic Positioning

The most profitable poker decision isn't a hand you play - it's choosing the right table. In business, that means the right market, the right clients, the right opportunities. The discipline to walk away from a bad table is one of the hardest skills in both poker and business.
