A digital bank, from zero
Part of building a new digital bank on a strict timeline: customer onboarding, credit approval with scoring, KYC and credit data. I ran the credit and risk product and wrote production code for its real-time rule engine.
A zero-downtime CRM migration I led
Migrated the core CRM with zero downtime and 200 internal users trained, by leading the move and its LLM chat integration for 100K+ customers.
A pipeline I built alone
Grew department revenue 5x, with 70% fewer people needed, by building a human-in-the-loop pipeline alone in a few weeks.
