Interim product manager. Fractional program manager.
When a product or program lead leaves, or a launch has no owner, I step in and run it. Interim and projects are priced per job. Fractional is a monthly fee, from USD 4,000 for one day a week.

What I cover.
- A leave. I cover the role while she is out: roadmap, sprints, stakeholders.
- A resignation, or a search. I hold the role until the new hire starts.
- A launch with no owner. A migration, a launch or an integration that crosses teams. I own the plan, the dependencies, the rollout and the weekly status.
- An AI feature or workflow. I scope it, prototype it and run it with your team, with human review where judgment is involved.
- Fractional, ongoing. Set days a week as your product or program manager.

What is the difference between interim and fractional?
Interim is a temporary bridge: covering a role for a set period, usually full-time, with a start and an end. Fractional is ongoing and part-time: set days each week, with no fixed end.
How much does it cost?
Interim cover and projects are priced per job, scoped before the work starts. Fractional work is a monthly fee for set days a week, from USD 4,000 a month for one day a week. There is no recruiter fee. For comparison, SHRM's 2025 benchmarking puts cost per hire at $5,475 for a non-executive role and $35,879 for an executive, and puts the time to fill a role at about a month and a half.
Can the work run remotely for a company in the EU?
Yes. A company anywhere in the EU can engage me for a job and run it remotely, in English. The scope, the deliverables and the payment terms are agreed and signed before the work starts.
Can you work through our contractor platform?
Yes. I can be engaged through a contractor platform such as Deel or Remote.com, or invoice you directly. You choose the route.
