We collect data through four channels. The first three load only after you accept them in the cookie banner.
1. Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Data is sent to and processed by Google LLC (United States). Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses; it uses them only to estimate country and region. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
2. Microsoft Clarity

Data is processed by Microsoft Corporation (United States). Microsoft's privacy policy: privacy.microsoft.com.
Session recording notice: When you accept analytics cookies, Microsoft Clarity may record your session on this site. No passwords, payment details, or sensitive form fields are captured. Recordings are reviewed by May Mor only to improve the site experience.
3. OpenAI ads pixel (ChatGPT Ads measurement)
The pixel measures whether a visit came from an ad shown in ChatGPT. It sets two first-party cookies: __oppref, which holds the ad-click reference from the link you arrived on (30 days), and __obref, a random browser reference for this site (365 days). It records the page address you landed on. This site does not send the pixel any form fields, names or email addresses. Data is processed by OpenAI (United States). 4. Contact forms
When you submit a contact form on this site (the form at contact.html, or the contact form on scalewithmay.com/may), we collect:
This data is used only to respond to your inquiry. It is delivered by email through Web3Forms, the form service, and is not shared with anyone else. The question box on scalewithmay.com/may itself stores nothing and sends nothing: only a message you choose to send through its contact form is transmitted.

Data transfers to the US are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, and by Standard Contractual Clauses in other cases.

The OpenAI ads pixel sets the two first-party cookies described above. When you decline, the analytics and ads cookies this site set are deleted. If the ads pixel was already loaded, it keeps a cookie named __oaiq_consent that records your refusal, so it stays off. No other marketing or social tracking cookies are set.
Your consent choice is stored in your browser's localStorage under the key cookie_consent. This is not a tracking cookie - it stores only your accept/decline preference and never leaves your browser.

You can change your consent for analytics and ad measurement at any time here, or from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is stored in your browser. Declining deletes the analytics and ads cookies this site set, and the page reloads so the change takes effect.
This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this policy as the site or applicable law changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted here.
10 October 2026: the ads pixel and the contact forms are now described separately; the legal basis for analytics is stated as consent, which is how it already worked; Web3Forms is listed as a processor; Israeli privacy rights are added; declining now also deletes cookies already set, and every page links to these settings.
