Scale Readiness Assessment
+ Recommendation.

Operator-led diagnostic across people, systems, and processes - plus the recommendation that follows. The leak detection method for finding what's about to break (while it's still invisible) - and a prioritized action plan your team can execute starting tomorrow. Six weeks. Remote. Most of my engagements start here.

Why pay for an assessment now? Read the 10x Rule - every risk you don't catch now costs 10x more at the next scale.

Weeks 1-2 - Discovery

Structured interviews with leadership and key team members. I listen, map, and start identifying where things break - across people, processes, and technology.

Process and system mapping. Leak/bottleneck/risk identification. Cross-checking findings with the team to validate what's real and what's noise.

Weeks 5-6 - Recommendation

Most clients use the recommendation to either execute in-house, or to scope a follow-on engagement with me - AI Transformation, Fractional / Interim Executive, or Product & Project Management Consulting. The choice stays yours.

The assessment includes in-person observation sessions. For international clients, on-site travel and per-diem fees are quoted per engagement.

A complete picture of leaks, bottlenecks, and what's about to break.

Deep Interviews

Structured conversations with your leadership and key team members. I listen, map, and identify where things break.

Process Review

Mapping of your core workflows, decision flows, and communication patterns. Where friction lives, where time is lost.

Architecture Check

Review of your tech stack, tooling, and data infrastructure. What supports scale - and what will break under pressure.

Risk Map

Hidden dependencies, knowledge silos, governance gaps. The things nobody talks about but everyone feels.

Written Report

A focused written report with findings, priorities, and specific recommendations. Not 100 pages - just what matters.

Action Plan

Prioritized next steps with clear ownership and timelines. Ready for your team to execute - no translation needed.

Everything you need to know before we start.

Who is this for?

Founders and leaders of growing organizations (10-150 people) who sense things are starting to strain - handoffs breaking, decisions slowing, the team feeling overloaded. Also established teams preparing for a major transition (AI adoption, restructuring, new market).

How long does the assessment take?

Typically 2-3 weeks from start to delivery. Week 1: interviews and data gathering. Week 2: analysis and synthesis. Week 3: written report and debrief call.

Is this in-person or remote?

Both. Stakeholder interviews and document review happen remotely. Process observation - watching how work actually flows - requires in-person sessions. For international clients, on-site travel and per-diem fees are quoted per engagement.

How many people do you interview?

Typically 5-8 people across leadership, team leads, and a few individual contributors. We agree on the list together at the start - the goal is cross-functional coverage, not volume.

How do you handle confidentiality?

An NDA is part of the engagement. Individual interviews are confidential - findings are aggregated so nobody is "named." This is what makes the interviews honest.

Why is your pricing lower than other consultants?

Two reasons.

1. The AI era is rewriting consulting economics. Companies are running leaner - more solo founders and small teams. Processes are faster. Information is easier to gather and synthesize. I believe consulting should reflect that reality - more accessible to the organizations that need it most, not gated by McKinsey-era price tags.

2. I'm currently working at discounted rates while building my portfolio and refining my method for fast, sharp, spot-on diagnosis and recommendations. In exchange, I ask for a testimonial and permission to reference the engagement (anonymized if needed).

Lower price doesn't mean lower quality - it means fair pricing for where the market is heading.

What if the assessment doesn't deliver value?

Full refund within 14 days of delivery.

What triggers it: if you genuinely believe the work didn't meet operator-level depth or quality, you email me within 14 days of the final readout. No committee, no paperwork. The guarantee applies the same way for all clients - Israeli, EU, UK, US, or anywhere else.

What doesn't trigger it: scope changes mid-engagement (we agreed on Scope X, you ask for Scope Y - that's a new engagement); decisions you choose not to act on (I'm responsible for the quality of the recommendation, not whether it gets executed); outcomes that take longer than 6 weeks to materialize (the guarantee covers the work product, markets and execution decide the rest); and engagements paused by the client past 90 days (if your side stalls, the guarantee expires).

What gets refunded: the full assessment fee. Third-party costs (travel, paid software, third-party tools used during the engagement) are not refundable.

Why I can offer this: I'm building this practice on confidence in the work, not pressure to close. If the assessment isn't right for you, neither of us benefits from forcing it. The protections above exist so the guarantee stays meaningful instead of being abused or stretched into outcome-insurance.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. Two installments - half to start, half at delivery. Details discussed on the intro call.

What happens after the assessment?

You own the report. Your team can execute the plan independently. If you want ongoing support (implementation help, workshops, coaching) - we can discuss that separately. No pressure, no upsell.

Is there an intro call?

Yes - free 30-minute call. We make sure it's the right fit before you commit. If it's not the right time, I'll tell you that too.

Ready to see what's really happening?

Start with a free 30-minute call. No pitch, no pressure - just a conversation about your organization.
