What I cover.
- A leave. I cover the role while she is out and hand it back when she returns.
- A resignation, or a search. I hold the role until the new hire starts, with a written handover for them.
- A stalled project. A migration, a launch or an integration with no owner. I take it and run it to done.
- A product area with no decision maker. I set the priorities and the cadence your team then keeps.

How it runs, what is open, and who owns what, so your team continues without me.
The endQuestions people ask before sending a brief.
What is the difference between interim and fractional?
Fractional means part-time on an ongoing basis, a set share of the week. Interim means covering a role for a set period, with a start and an end. In both cases you pay for the work you need, not for a permanent salary.
How much does it cost?
I price by the job, scoped to your budget and timeline, with no retainer. There is no recruiter fee and no notice period. For comparison, SHRM's 2025 benchmarking puts cost per hire at $5,475 for a non-executive role and $35,879 for an executive, with an average of 44 days to fill a role.
Can the work run remotely for a company in the EU?
Yes. A company anywhere in the EU can engage me for a job and run it remotely, in English. The scope, the deliverables and the payment terms are agreed in writing before the work starts.
Can you work through our contractor platform?
Yes. I can be engaged through a contractor platform such as Deel or Remote.com, or invoice you directly. You choose the route, and fees are per job.
