Built for Remote & International Teams

Operator-led consulting,
built remote-first.

I help operators align the three layers that actually run a company - people, systems, and processes - so growth scales the business instead of breaking it. Async-friendly. Same flat rate for remote and in-person engagements anywhere in the world.

Same flat rate worldwide for remote and in-person work · M.Sc in AI · 10+ years inside regulated fintech

Three reasons it makes sense
to hire across borders.

01

Real operator credentials, not consultant credentials

10+ years inside fintech and digital banking. Built the onboarding that scaled an R&D team from 30 to 150 engineers. Built credit-and-risk infrastructure for 500K+ loan applications at One-Zero, Israel's first regulated digital bank. M.Sc in AI. Most $4-15K-tier consultants you'll evaluate have an MBA and a consulting career. The difference shows up in week one.

02

Remote-first by design, not by exception

The practice is built the way modern companies are built - distributed, async-friendly, time-zone-overlap-engineered. Most communication runs through Slack, Loom, Linear, and shared docs. Synchronous time is reserved for interviews and milestones. This is not a workaround for being far away. It's the operating model.

03

The pricing math actually works

The Scale Readiness Assessment is scoped to your budget and timeline - the same operator-led depth for an Israeli Series A as for a US Series B. For context: equivalent US fractional executives bill $300-500 per hour, Big 4 strategy engagements start in six figures, and boutiques start at $30K-$150K. The value is what one operator with the right tools can deliver when overhead is engineered out.

Async by default.
Synchronous where it matters.

The friction most companies expect from cross-border consulting comes from how the work is structured, not from geography. Here's how this practice handles it.

Time Zones

Core hours 14:00-22:00 Israel time. EU clients: full overlap. US East Coast: 4-7 hour overlap with your morning. UK: full afternoon overlap. US West Coast and APAC clients run primarily async with one or two synchronous calls per week.

Tools

I work in whichever stack your team already uses. Default toolkit: Slack (or Teams) for everyday comms, Loom for async updates and walkthroughs, Linear / Jira / Notion for tracked work, Google Docs for collaborative writing, Zoom / Google Meet for the calls that warrant it. Nothing new for your team to learn.

Cadence

Kickoff call to align scope, then a written weekly update every Friday. Interviews scheduled with your team during overlap windows. Milestone calls at the end of weeks 2 and 4 (mid-assessment and pre-recommendation). Final readout call when the recommendation is delivered. Total synchronous time: typically under 6 hours across 6 weeks.

Contracting

Signed agreement via DocuSign. Invoiced in USD. Paid via Stripe, Wise, or Deel (for clients who prefer treating this as a contractor engagement through their existing system). NDAs and DPAs available on request. Standard payment terms: 50% on kickoff, 50% on delivery.

Languages

All work delivered in English. Hebrew available for Israeli clients on request. Comfortable working with non-native English speakers (most of my career has been on multi-national teams).

On-Site Option

If your engagement benefits from on-site work (kickoff workshop, leadership offsite, embedded sprint), I travel. Travel and per-diem fees are quoted per trip and added to the engagement quote. Most clients find that one or two on-site days during a 6-week engagement is more than enough.

Same offer.
Different geography.

01

I don't know what's about to break in my org.

Scale Readiness Assessment. 6-week remote diagnostic across people, systems, and processes. Written recommendation with prioritized action plan. Scoped to your budget.

02

Our KPIs aren't telling us anything.

Three-Pillar KPI Audit. Outcome / Execution / Foundation. Surface Goodhart traps. Hand back a smaller, coupled, honest measurement stack with a metric registry template.

03

AI tools without AI returns.

AI Adoption Diagnostic. Map where AI actually earns its way in. Identify the 2-3 highest-leverage workflows. Reject the bad fits. Most recommendations use tools you already own.

04

Senior seat empty, not ready to hire.

Fractional / Interim Executive. 3-12 month embedded remote engagement. Head of Product, Fractional COO, Interim PMO, AI Lead. Hands-on, async-friendly, documented.

05

Investment DD across borders.

Investment Due Diligence for VCs and angel investors. 1-2 weeks per target. Operational, technical, and AI readiness assessment. Particularly useful for global funds evaluating Israeli targets, or international funds evaluating remote-first companies.

06

Team needs to USE AI, not hear about it.

Custom AI Workshop + Knowledge Transfer. Built around your team's actual workflows. Each participant leaves with 2-3 prompts or agents they use next week. Delivered remote, recorded for absent team members.

No obligation.

If your situation matches what's described above, the next move is a 30-min call. I'll ask what's actually broken; you'll see whether the work fits. If it doesn't, you'll leave with a clearer read on what to look for instead. No pitch deck, no hard sell.
